Our Services Include:
- Head Start/UPK Programs for 3- and 4-year-olds, designed to prepare young learners for future academic success.
- Three Nutritious Meals Daily to support healthy growth and development.
- Tuition Based on Sliding Scale, ensuring affordability for all families.
- On-site Libraries and Computers* offering resources for early literacy and technological exploration.
- On-site Recreation Areas where children can play and develop physical skills in a safe environment.
- Exciting Trips, providing enriching experiences beyond the classroom.

- Youth Village Food and Nutrition Center through the CACFP Program, which reimburses meals served by Family Day Care (FDC) Providers.

Summer Rising Program
In partnership with the Department of Education, SEBNC @ P.S. X140 also runs a six-week Summer Rising program.
This fun-filled summer camp features themes such as HBCU Colleges and “All Around the World,” offering students a chance to explore new ideas and cultures.
Our program is a cornerstone for the youth in this community, reminding them that their future matters.
We believe that education is a path to freedom, and we are dedicated to helping at-risk youth discover the world beyond their neighborhood, every day at P.S. X140.
