SUMMARY:Event 6: Bronx Summer Cleanup Series
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the second annual Bronx Summer Cleanup Series! \n\nSaturday\, August 20\, 2022\n10:00 AM  12:00 PM\nCorner of East 134th Street & Lincoln Avenue 282 East 134th Street The Bronx\, NY\, 10454United States (map)\n\nThis is the last of 6 cleanups\, taking place throughout July & August. During the event\, volunteers will collect litter along a designated route. As a thank you for participating\, each volunteer will receive two complimentary tickets to select New York Yankees 2022 regular season home games and other giveaways! The volunteers at the site that collects the most litter will be invited to take part in a VIP Game Experience at Yankee Stadium on Saturday\, 9/10. \nAll tools and necessary supplies will be provided. Volunteers should wear close toed shoes and comfortable clothes they are okay with getting dirty. Volunteers should bring sunscreen and water bottles\, as the event will be taking place outside. There will not be a great place to store valuables while onsite\, so volunteers are encouraged to only bring necessities and we cannot guarantee access to a public restroom during the event. \nThis cleanup series is made possible with support from the New York Yankees\, Amazon\, The Bronx Borough President’s Office\, and DSNY! \nSign up here and please help us share this information with your networks.\n
