As executive director of SEBNC, Damyn serves as the chief executive for the agency. He has more than 17 years of executive leadership of organizations serving the traditionally underserved.
During his career he has developed and raised funds for programs serving the mentally ill, those living with HIV/AIDS, the formerly incarcerated, the homeless and children and families. He has also served as an adjunct professor at Hunter College, the Centers for Disease Control and Adelphi University.
He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Adelphi University and a Juris Doctor from the Antioch School of Law. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the Adelphi University School of Social Work where he is researching leadership styles amongst non-profit executives.
